Reimagining an established dairy brand

Sapins was an established dairy brand looking for a stronger and more contemporary presence.

The assignment grew into a broader brand revamp covering identity, packaging and communication. The visual system was refined to make the brand feel more current, consistent and confident while retaining the trust it had already built with customers.

The result was a clearer brand language that could work consistently across products and communication.

Alba already had a simple philosophy at the heart of the brand — happiness.

The opportunity was to make that thought more visible and consistent across its communication.

The United by Happiness direction brought a brighter, more energetic and approachable visual language to the brand, helping Alba communicate with a more distinctive personality across campaigns and customer touchpoints.

Chipo has been making Kerala snacks for more than four decades.

The branding opportunity was to make that history more visible while ensuring the brand continued to feel relevant to today's customer.

The work has focused on strengthening packaging and communication around Chipo's Kerala roots, long-standing experience and product story — bringing greater consistency to how the brand presents itself across different touchpoints.

Yes Bharath operates in one of Kerala's most competitive retail categories — wedding fashion.

The communication direction moved away from predictable bridal advertising towards a more fashion-led visual language built around strong colours, styling and distinctive art direction.

Across bridal campaigns and brand ambassadorships, the objective has been to build stronger recognition while supporting Yes Bharath's position as a contemporary wedding-fashion destination.
